New Hope for Living Without the Pain

I’m starting a new program, and I’m looking for 3 more women that are READY to RELEASE the crap that is keeping them STUCK in CHRONIC Pain and who want to become success stories and case studies before the official launch of this LIFE-CHANGING program in the fall of 2022.

This new program encompasses the powerful techniques and tools that I utilize in my current coaching practice with my one on one clients. These tools work on a cellular level because our bodies hold memories at a cellular level, the tools that I utilize aren't just talk therapy and conscious level communicating. They're Evolved NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming), QCP (Quantum Change Process) which is a process based on chemical forgiveness that is life changing and multi dimensional techniques like QTR (Quantum Time Release), BodyTalk and Hypnosis just to name a few.


These techniques and tools have been transforming my one on one clients and allowing them to reclaim their lives through as little as 8 weeks.


This is specifically for women that are focused, committed and open to mind-body connection and the benefits of holistic healing and want one or more of the following:

This is a 12 week group program where you will work directly with me in a group environment through my Put Your Pain In The Past blueprint, learn the processes of the subconscious mind to clear blocks, unhealthy habits, and limiting beliefs and release repressed or stuck emotions and painful old stories that can hold people back and make them sick.

Here’s a breakdown of what we’re going to work on:

Recognize and Understand The Root Cause of The Problem:

💜 Learn about the MindBody Connection and how your physical pain and environment is related to what’s happening inside like your beliefs, thoughts, patterns and habits.


💚Understand how chronic stress contributes to pain and learn about the role of memories and associations in the experience of pain. Identify your own triggers and kickstart the rewiring process.


💜 Uncover what is truly important to you. These unconscious filters are what is going to drive you and create motivation in your life.


Release Stored Emotions and Energy:

💚 Sometimes it’s hard to see past the pain enough to truly see yourself. You’re so much more than your pain! Learn how to reframe the way you talk about pain, and take steps to move past your identity as a pain sufferer and become the empowered woman you used to be.


💜 Time to release those beliefs that are holding you back. Release repressed needs that trigger negative emotions and can fuel pain. Identify the areas where you are coming up with reasons, rather than results. Get clear on your values and priorities, and start taking aligned action.


💚 Learn why you may be more sensitive to pain and teach your body a new response pattern so you can stop avoiding the things you enjoy.


Reconnect With Your Passion and Purpose:

💜 Reconsider the role you play in your life and the control you have over what happens. Become empowered by what is in your control and feel freedom from the release of things that you can’t control.


💚 Commit to engaging in an entirely new way of behaving, thinking and feeling. Discover techniques to feel more connected to yourself and others everyday.


💜 Embrace your innate strengths, qualities and abilities. Welcome the feeling of self-worth and purpose into your life.


Reclaim Your Life:

💚 Creating your future by setting goals that you will stay committed to and overcome obstacles that have held you back in the past.


💜 Learn how to approach physical movements or activities in a manner that feels safe to you.


💚 Bringing it all together and ensuring you’re equipped for your future going forward. Wellbeing is a work in progress, learn how to reset when your obstacles feel insurmountable.

Here’s how it will work:

The program will start on Tuesday, May 31st. The group classes will be every Tuesday at 6:15 pm MST | 8:15 pm EST and will be 45 minutes.


Each class we will get together as a group for training and conversation (and if you can’t make all the calls I have you covered because you’ll get access to all the replays).


Also included is a private FB group to stay connected to other like minded women that are focused, committed and open to mind-body connection and the benefits of holistic healing, so that you can ask questions and support each other between classes.


I really want to create some great case studies from this, so I’ll be giving you my very best during the group calls and be present in the group in between to maximize your results.


When I launch this program to the public in the fall of 2022 the investment will be $2500.00 for 12 weeks.
