Existential Kink - https://amzn.to/49XgJMh (Amazon) ~ Again this book is a bit more advanced so if you're just beginning your journey I don't recommend reading this book. I only recommend this one to my more advanced clients that have been doing a lot of inner work.

Breaking The Habit of Being Yourself - https://amzn.to/47rpQEv (Amazon) ~ This is one of the books I recommend to all my clients when we first start working together. It gives the facts (that our logical brain needs) about how breaking old habits through meditation helps you rewire your mind and create the life you truly want. It's a very eye opening read.

The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari - https://amzn.to/4e76Qxx (Amazon) ~ This simple yet powerful read takes you on a journey of self-discovery, reminding you that true happiness comes from living with purpose, not chasing wealth. It’s one of those books I love to revisit, a great reminder that the best things in life are often the simplest.

The Alchemist - https://amzn.to/3Trv8dk (Amazon) ~ This is another one of those books that stays with you long after you’ve read it. Every time I pick it up, I find new inspiration in its simple yet profound message about following your heart and trusting the journey. It’s a great reminder that what we’re searching for is often closer than we think.

Your physical environment is a manifestation of your beliefs, thoughts, and patterns. If you’re not seeing the results you desire it’s because there’s something within that’s out of alignment.
